DEscription: Organic Sunflower Protein 45% is derived from hulled sunflower seeds and undergoes a mechanical pressing process to separate the oil from the protein. The extracted raw protein is then ground.

Specific characteristics: Organic Sunflower Protein 45% has a brown color and a more intense flavor compared to Heliaflor® 55, making it generally suitable for spicy and darker products. It also has a significant water-binding capacity: 100g can bind at least 160g of water.

Use in food: Organic Sunflower Protein 45% can be used in vegetarian diets, bars, spreads, sauces, dressings, and protein shakes.
