Application in Foods: Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein 60% is characterized by a pleasantly tender taste and the aroma of nuts, making it suitable for adding to sauces, dressings, or soups. It is also suitable for enriching shakes and smoothies rich in proteins and for preparing vegetable patties or bread. Additionally, wheat flour can be replaced in a 1:1 ratio with pumpkin seed protein.
